I have had the occasion to utilize the ' Traditional Treks & Expedition P. Ltd." company and personally have been guided by Mr. Agasta B. Mukhiya a number of times during 1993 and 1994.

In all cases, I have found that "Agasta" is a well-organized, efficient, and honest businessman. He charges appropriate fees for his services and has always provided excellent equipment and arranged for cheerful, hard working staff members.

Able to customize a trek to the desires of the trekkers, I have been impressed with his ability to lead as many as nine hours of travel in a single day --something no other trekking agency I have ever worked  with has been able to accomplish. His staff easily meets special food requirements and my family and I have never been ill while trekking with his company.

I would recommend Agasta and his firm to any serious trekker who wants to see the more remote corners of Nepal. He organized trips to Mustang and the Jumla-Rara Lake region that were exceptional, far from the busy footpaths filled with noisy first-time trekkers and their ever-required "Tea shops".
